During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend & stretch through a series of simple Yoga moves & embrace elements of Tai Chi & Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises & instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

BODYPUMP ™ from LES MILLS is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves & techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation & great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged & motivated, ready to come back for more.




Barre is a ballet-inspired class, mixing elements of Pilates, Dance, Yoga & functional training. The moves are choreographed to motivating music, but you definitely don’t need to be a dancer to enjoy or benefit from a Barre class!

In each energising and targeted workout, you’ll hold your body in different positions. We will use the Barre & often incorporate exercise equipment such as mini-balls & small hand weights to ‘feel the burn’.


 Tone your body & burn fat, as you improve your range of motion & overall flexibility. It’s the most effective workout if you are looking to target your bum, tum &/or thighs!


Kettlebells combined with TRX add an entirely different dimension to training, as they target our deep internal core stabilisers.

You have to work harder to maintain balance or centre of gravity with the kettlebell, and the TRX encourages a plank position for the exercises. You’re in a moving plank the entire time. These are excellent tools to challenge yourself and keep your muscles guessing!



Kettlebells offer a different kind of training. Using dynamic moves you target almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

The idea is to hold the kettlebell in one or both hands and go through a variety of exercises. Some movements have you change from hand to hand as the weight swings up or as you move laterally, requiring you to stabilise the body and engage the core in a whole new way.

Other moves require power from the legs and hips to move the weight. Giving you integrated whole body movements that are often missing with other types of training.
