Our aim is to provide a venue that totally takes care of all of your health & wellbeing needs. We have 3 Fitness Studios that are used for group exercise classes, small group PT sessions & 1:1 sessions. Alongside our regular classes, we run regular Yoga & Pilates workshops & specialist workshops to complement other activities, for example Running & Cycling.
The Beauty Salon is open 6 days & until 8pm most evenings. Our Therapists want you to have the best experience possible & are always looking for feedback from our clients.
Ardross Aesthetics is located in the Studio providing various clinical treatments. All treatments are carried out by Nicola Burns, you can check out Ardross Aesthetics website here.
Other services located in the Studio are Physiotherapy & Podiatry. Heather Brown also runs clinics from the Studio offering Emmet & Bowen Therapies.
We continue to explore other Specialist areas & Therapies that fit in with the overall ethos of the Studio.
The Studio has an easily accessible car park, with ample parking spaces.
Fitness: please arrive 10 minutes before class is due to start. Once the class has started, we try not to interrupt it so please be mindful of this if you are running late for any reason.
Please book all classes at Reception, though our website or MINDBODY app.
Classes may be cancelled or changed depending on attendees and/ or Instructor commitments. We will always try & contact you if you are booked in for a class that is subject to cancellation or change.
We have enough exercise mats & equipment for all of our advertised classes but do feel free to bring along your own mat if you’d prefer. We may ask you to bring additional equipment to one of our workshops, if required. You will be advised if this is necessary before the workshop takes place.
