Our Balance+ is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind + body.

An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend + stretch through a series of simple Yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi + Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises. Your nstructor will always provide options for those just getting started.

Improving your flexibility and increase your core strength whilst reducing stress levels. You willl focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.

Hatha Yoga



Our Pump+ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Pump+ gives you a total body workout. You can burn up to 540 calories!

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques. Pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music to help you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, yet ready to come back for more.


Zumba + Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold was specifically designed with older people in mind and is perfect for anyone who wants to burn calories, strengthen their muscles and boost their mood, all while enjoying a bit of a boogie.


Kettlebells combined with TRX add an entirely different dimension to training, as they target our deep internal core stabilisers.

You have to work harder to maintain balance or centre of gravity with the kettlebell, and the TRX encourages a plank position for the exercises. You’re in a moving plank the entire time. These are excellent tools to challenge yourself and keep your muscles guessing!


TRX + KettleBells

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training. Using dynamic moves you target almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

The idea is to hold the kettlebell in one or both hands and go through a variety of exercises. Some movements have you change from hand to hand as the weight swings up or as you move laterally, requiring you to stabilise the body and engage the core in a whole new way.

Other moves require power from the legs and hips to move the weight. Giving you integrated whole body movements that are often missing with other types of training.
