Has been a Fitness Instructor for 16 years, with her Pilates background she is ideal for injury rehabilitation, individuals with medical implications, post/pre natal mothers and weight loss. Her friendly approach and motivation will ensure results are achieved
Keith Battle (Keith/male photo 1 to 1)
With 18 years of experience of health & fitness keith has a wealth of knowledge and knows what works for each individual, He specialises in working with youths, general health benefits or sports specific training.

You'll start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of fitness. This gives you a starting point and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress. A good personal training programme will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression. Your trainer will customise a programme to fit your needs and schedule. You may want to use a trainer several times a week or just want an occasional check-in to get feedback. It's your choice.
Having a regularly scheduled appointment is great for maintaining your motivation. Not only are you given one-to-one attention to make sure you are using proper form and technique, and that you get the most from your workout without getting injured, you will have someone else to report back to. You'll also be taking part in a structured and realistic programme designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum time. The emphasis is making exercise fun, so that you have the motivation to not only meet, but exceed your goals.
