Personal Training is the most effective, quickest way to achieve your goals. Imagine
having someone there all of the time to guide you, encourage you and motivate you with
exercises that are specifically for you. If your time is precious – make sure that you get
the most out of every minute that you dedicate to your health and fitness goals. We have
a number of ways for you to take advantage of our Personal Trainers, either on a one-toone
basis or as part of a small group – we offer many options:
Individual Personal Training
One-to-one sessions with a Personal Trainer to take place at a time of your choice (from 6.00am
– 10.00pm). Using techniques that are specifically suited to you and under direct supervision
at all times.
1 to 1 Sessions
Individual attention from your Personal Trainer. 60 minute sessions, at a time convenient to you.
Whether your goals are Weight Loss, Health Specific, Rehabilitation, General Well-being or even
Sports Specific – this is the most effective way to achieve them
£25.00 per session (as a block of 10)
8 Week Intensive Plan
A step by step plan – everything you need in 8 weeks to make that change. Perfect for getting
in shape for a holiday, wedding, special event or just a kick-start
Includes: Weekly Personal Trainer Exercise Class Plan
Individual Home Exercise Plan Food / Diet Plan
8 Week Membership £179.00 (for 8 Weeks)
Group Personal Training
This allows you to receive the specific attention that a Personal Trainer can give but at a
reduced cost. Training with like-minded individuals who have the same goal as you is a fun and
cost effective way to gain the benefits of a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the price. Either form
your own group of friends / colleagues at a time convenient to you or join one of our scheduled
group sessions.

Create your own group at a time that suits your group (60 minutes) £40.00 per group

All Small Group Personal Training sessions have limited spaces (4-7) and run in blocks – please
